Who We're Looking For.

  • You have a laptop and stable internet access
  • You're comfortable with basic computer use — typing, browsing, using apps like Google Docs or Excel
  • You have some basic marketing exposure — a short course, self-taught knowledge, or hands-on experience with ads or social media promotion
  • You can commit time consistently during the training period
  • You're comfortable writing and communicating in English
  • You're coachable and open to feedback
  • You're genuinely interested in digital marketing / e-commerce — not just looking for "any job"

Common Questions.

Is the training paid?
The training phase itself is unpaid and evaluation-based — but every trainee receives ₦10,000 per month as basic data support to help cover internet costs during training. Trainees who perform well move into a paid role at the end of the trial.
Do I need prior experience?
You don't need years of professional experience — but you should already have some basic exposure to marketing (a short course, self-taught learning, or hands-on trial and error) plus basic computer literacy. The programme builds on that foundation and takes it to a professional level.
Is this fully remote?
Yes. The entire programme — training, trial, and any resulting role — is remote.
How are trainees evaluated?
Every trainee is scored against the same scorecard, covering output quality, consistency, and communication — so selection is based on performance, not favoritism.
What happens if I'm not selected at the end?
You'll still walk away with real, practical skills and hands-on experience you can use elsewhere.
